Carey is an American agriculturalist responsible for building the Norway Seed Vault Svalbard. The United Nations has openly declared a New World Order and in their document “Our Common Agenda” located here, they announce, “We are at an inflection point in history. The COVID-19 pandemic has served as a wake-up call and with the climate crisis now looming, the world is experiencing its biggest shared test since the Second World War”

“Our Common Agenda is an agenda of action, designed to strengthen and accelerate multilateral agreements – particularly the 2030 Agenda – and make a tangible difference in people’s lives.”

“Our Common Agenda contains recommendations across 4 broad areas for renewed solidarity between peoples and future generations, a new social contract anchored in human rights, better management of critical global commons, and global public goods that deliver equitably and sustainably for all.”

“Our Common Agenda presents the Secretary-General’s vision on the future of global cooperation through an inclusive, networked, and effective multilateralism.”

The long draft talks about sustainability and a one world order by using COVID 19 as their backbone. “First, now is the time to re-embrace global solidarity and find new ways to work together for the common good. This must include a global vaccination plan to deliver vaccines against COVID-19 into the arms of the millions of people who are still denied this basic lifesaving measure. Moreover, it must include urgent and bold steps to address the triple crisis of climate disruption, biodiversity loss and pollution destroying our planet.”

Then they tout that this can only be achieved through a new constitution of the world. “Second, now is the time to renew the social contract between Governments and their people and within societies, so as to rebuild trust and embrace a comprehensive vision of human rights. People need to see results reflected in their daily lives. This must include the active and equal participation of women and girls, without whom no meaningful social contract is possible. It should also include updated governance arrangements to deliver better public goods and usher in a new era of universal social protection, health coverage, education, skills, decent work and housing, as well as universal access to the Internet by 2030 as a basic human right. I invite all countries to conduct inclusive and meaningful national listening consultations so all citizens have a say in envisioning their countries’ futures.”

Odd that they mention “women” and “girls” as a minority. But I digress. A universal access to the internet is already a basic human right, but what they propose is to monitor and police it. Do we need a social contract now?

They go on. “Third, now is the time to end the “infodemic” plaguing our worldby defending a common, empirically backed consensus around facts, science and knowledge. The “war on science” must end. All policy and budget decisions should be backed by science and expertise, and I am calling for a global code of conduct that promotes integrity in public information.” So they propose policing independent journalism and silencing critics of science which could include religion.

Then they attack capitalism, which if you read between the lines, they are proposing a communistic dictatorship policing all income (think Biden’s $600 checking minimum reporting to the IRS). “Fourth, now is the time to correct a glaring blind spot in how we measure economic prosperity and progress. When profits come at the expense of people and our planet, we are left with an incomplete picture of the true cost of economic growth. As currently measured, gross domestic product (GDP) fails to capture the human and environmental destruction of some business activities. I call for new measures to complement GDP, so that people can gain a full understanding of the impacts of business activities and how we can and must do better to support people and our planet.”

And my favorite, brainwashing the youth by controlling their education and reporting to the gulag any child that thinks outside their agenda. “Fifth, now is the time to think for the long term, to deliver more for young people and succeeding generations and to be better prepared for the challenges ahead. Our Common Agenda includes recommendations for meaningful, diverse and effective youth engagement both within and outside the United Nations, including through better political representation and by transforming education, skills training and lifelong learning. I am also making proposals, such as a repurposed Trusteeship Council, a Futures Lab, a Declaration on Future Generations and a United Nations Special Envoy to ensure that policy and budget decisions take into account their impact on future generations. We also need to be better prepared to prevent and respond to major global risks. It will be important for the United Nations to issue a Strategic Foresight and Global Risk Report on a regular basis, and I also propose an Emergency Platform, to be convened in response to complex global crises.”

And lastly, their roadmap to a central bank controlling all people with carbon credits. “Sixth, now is the time for a stronger, more networked and inclusive multilateral system, anchored within the United Nations. Effective multilateralism depends on an effective United Nations, one able to adapt to global challenges while living up to the purposes and principles of its Charter. For example, I am proposing a new agenda for peace, multi-stakeholder dialogues on outer space and a Global Digital Compact, as well as a Biennial Summit between the members of the Group of 20 and of the Economic and Social Council, the Secretary-General and the heads of the international financial institutions. Throughout, we need stronger involvement of all relevant stakeholders, and we will seek to have an Advisory Group on Local and Regional Governments.”

Hitler would be proud. If you dive deeper, they go into detail about the coming food shortages and problems we’ve had with population, trade and GMO. They are announcing they will control the world after a cataclysmic event they foresee coming with variant viruses and lack of food.

This document alone should be it’s own story, but there is a definite connection to Carey Fowler and his seed vault. There are 930,000 varieties of food crops stored there that are not genetically modified, or they say 13.000 years of agricultural history. The locals dubbed it the “Doomsday” vault made for a cataclysmic event, but Carey and team insist it was created for the protection against gene banks in the future.

The US has lost over 90% of its natural vegetable and fruit varieties which should cause alarm to any person who thinks they are eating organic. This vault will insure we have the germination to go back to our natural course. The current GMO seeds are what is causing disease and drought. There are others. India, Mexico and China, to name a few have created their own seed vaults because they too know that current agricultural science has become a disaster.

One quote from Carey Fowler really stood out to me, “Perhaps It Matters Little Whether The International Community Chooses To Celebrate Crop Diversity, But It Profoundly Matters That The International Community Takes Action To Conserve It.” He is saying that a government body with power must preserve our crops and his ties to the UN concern me.

Lord Acton, an English Catholic historian, politician and writer wrote, “Power tends to corrupt, and absolute power corrupts absolutely. Great men are almost always bad men, even when they exercise influence and not authority, still more when you superadd the tendency or the certainty of corruption by authority. There is no worse heresy than that the office sanctifies the holder of it.”

Dr. Carey Fowler was the head of the United Nations’ Food & Agricultural Organization and his combined wealth between he and his wife Amy Fowler is almost 3 billion dollars. Her father, Sol Goldman, was a real estate mogul owning over 1900 properties in New York. I couldn’t find a relation to Goldman Sachs. But I am curious about Carey’s relationship to the United Nations’ New World Order.

Right now, there are dozens if not hundreds of shipping containers bottlenecked at all US ports. It’s been this way since Covid. Farmers are reporting worldwide that governments are requesting the farmers burn their yields or face fines. The fake news says it’s not true, but we all should know by now that the media is propaganda.

Grocery stores nationwide are slowly running out of reserves and fresh produce, but the media reports it as labor shortage. I don’t buy it. Recent events about the Russiagate story has now been proven false vindicating Trump from coercion. Yet the media lied to us for 3 years pushing the Mueller report without any real evidence.

I think the United Nations is creating a New World Order by using the Covid virus as their platform. They want to depopulate the planet, as Bill Gates proposed at a TED Talk by using vaccines, in order to usher in the Sustainability Act of 2030. They are throwing billions of dollars in commercials and social media advertisements to coerce everyone into taking their experimental vaccine. With food shortages, variants and economic chaos, the world will be begging for a new way. The United Nations created this plandemic to bring order out of Chaos and Dr. Carey Fowler will offer his seeds to the new leader after they kill 3 billion of us.

Thank God she responded to my question right away. It turns out one of my posts in our group did stink of hate. It was judgmental. But no one really caught it but her. It was in a post about the elderly being harassed by the BLM. My title was “ Children AND elderly couples harassed!!!!!! By “protestors”. If you’re blood isn’t boiling, then you’re luke warm and will be spit out.”

At the time of typing it, I was angry. Furious! I recently posted a riot near a children’s hospital where a father and his child was trying to get out of the way. The girl was crying and screaming – terrified! I was full of hate. I wanted to steamroll every rioter I could find. And I know I am not the only one.

All of us are angry. We are under attack. Our way of life and our freedoms have been compromised. Since March, the COVID-19 pandemic has riddled us with misinformation and opinion. No one can get a straight answer yet we rely on memes and disinformation to sift through and find the truth. Truth, it seems, is long lost in an abyss of greed, filth and empires. Where do we find comfort?

First, I apologize to my readers for wanting to spew you out of my mouth. That wasn’t my intentions or thoughts. Sometimes we run off of our emotions and that is not professional. But, I am glad it happened. If I didn’t make that mistake, you wouldn’t have come to my rescue. Since we started Take Oregon Back, we have been posting 90% negative and 10% positive when it comes to articles.

This negativity really gets to you. For me, since March, I have been speaking and working with attorneys, campaigners, recall efforts and even militias trying to figure out what is really going on and what I can do to protect me and my family. My efforts have achieved very little. Grassroots movements also take money and that is something I don’t have in large quantities.

To be honest, I didn’t want to do any of this. I didn’t expect the deep state to act on draconian measures so fast. It’s as if the elite have a deadline or something is standing in their way so they went all in with their chips exposing themselves in return. There has been an exodus of people leaving parties, states and even the country due to the overreach.

Because we see most of the information via the fake news agencies, all of the data is apocalyptic. And to make things worse, they are throwing swine flu and another Covid strain at us giving hints that shutdowns and masks are going to be the “new normal”. I don’t have any answers. I only have my research and opinions in which I came to a point of exhaustion.

The happiness and joyful side of me is fading. The peace and comfort that I had, even in a debt world, had been tucked away slowly as my fight or flight mode turned on. Having to stand in dedicated spots, hold in your allergies and put a mask on has brought out an anger I have never seen in me. It wasn’t a good anger.

I know I am not alone. Today I reflected on why I let a small group of thugs with money remove my peace. Last night as I was praying, I heard a still small voice tell me to stop posting all the bad stuff and find articles in Oregon about the good stuff. Then, the very next day, my friend confirmed that I was giving in to the enemy.

You see, whoever the enemy is, wants us to be angry. They want a civil war BEFORE the elections. They are trying to divide us and make us do stupid things without thinking it through. Hence the people driving through protests and the rioters destroying public and private property. And the media is encouraging it. Rooting for their victors as they apologize by offending any on the left.

$100 million dollars was recently given to BLM to continue their Marxist agenda. How long do we have to endure this takeover of our God given freedoms? November? Is that the date when I can have my peace back? My country back? my freedom back? I don’t think so. Trump getting re-elected will not stop this agenda.

The only thing that will stop this madness is war. Too many people on both sides buy into their own arguments. The day of debating is over. The progressive Marxist agenda is perfectly clear. People were indoctrinated and brainwashed far too long to ever get them back.

History will show a new birth of a nation this year. These are its birth pangs. Will it be the old United States and its constitution or will it be the perverted communist nation with more laws and draconian powers eliminating freedom altogether? There’s no in between. We lost that right when we allowed the enemy in.

As for my peace, it comes and goes. As for my anger, I will work on a more Godly anger. One that is angry at the real enemy and not the fools who fell prey to its deception and traps. I’m going to pray more and hold on to the promises of the Bible and what Jesus taught us and what we are to expect.

Do we listen to Henry Gruver, Ken Peters (both men can be found on YouTube by searching their name and the phrase ‘Prophecy Club’) or Dana Coverstone, all pastors who have had dreams of of Russia and China on American soil with eerily the same stories, or do we listen to Mark Taylor and Kim Clement who prophesied that Trump will be re-elected, the swamp will be drained, a debt jubilee, the media will be dead and a new money system called Nesara will happen?

Whatever the outcome, I know that my faith in the Lord Jesus Christ will keep me and my family safe as I am highly favored, mighty and a blessed child of the most high. No plague shall come nigh my dwelling and live. I will put my trust in the Lord even with gritted teeth. I will sing to Him even when I am in prison. As Paul said, “This is but a light affliction.” When it comes to the pain and sorrow of the world.

I hope these past 4 months have shown you who the real enemy is. I hope I gave you enough information to draw your own conclusions and are preparing your house for the coming birth of a new nation. I desire that you find comfort in friends, family and truth as you walk through this valley of the shadow of death. For I will fear no evil. For He is with me. His rod and His staff, they comfort me. I hope you find the same during the uncertain times.

I stumbled across a blog by, Grace Van Berkum that after reading, I wanted to cry. It wasn’t anything I didn’t already know, but it was from a person whom just woke up. She realized something was off with the whole COVID pandemic which sparked her curiosity to investigate.

According to her blog, “Grace Van Berkum, R.H.N., is a plant-powered, detox nutritionist and tropical yoga teacher facilitating empowering & inspiring Gracious Living Lifestyle Retreats in Nicaragua and around the world.” She obviously is aware of the poison that has been given to us by the food corporations and the media.

In her blog titled, “WE ARE BEING PLAYED. PLEASE READ.” Grace explains an agenda that has been in the making for decades. An agenda to take over the world by using a pandemic to systematically destroy small to medium sized businesses. She takes out opinions, takes out emotions and admits it’s not her job to wake the people up. She recognizes it’s up to the individual to see what has been going on in plain sight.

“As we know, many major inconsistencies have been coming out about Covid, especially in the last week alone. Tainted tests, falsified numbers, manipulated stats, doctors & scientists speaking out, lockdowns that don’t make sense, predicted numbers TOTALLY WRONG…..we are all aware. It is also questionable how the virus originated.”

We all have the same feeling of confusion. Questioning why our governors purposely planted the infected in the elderly nursing homes and purposely gave large numbers one month then admitted to embellishing them. And the most recent in Oregon, Lincoln City’s racist exemption to people of color. Killer hornets, death to cops, rioting, stay at home mandates, yet you can protest without them tracking your exposure. Huh?

Confirming my position on government overreach and the obvious world wide systematic takedown of freedom, she writes, “Imagine if everything we THOUGHT WE SAW WAS NOT TRUE. Imagine if we have been deceived, and the media (and government) sways you to think and feel in a certain way……something to ponder for sure, but I would like to stick to the facts today.”

We are in agreement. Then she slaps me with this, “I have found information that proves that Covid was planned, thought out, and implemented as smokescreen for something else. It is not a theory of any kind…..IT IS RIGHT ONLINE FOR EVERYONE TO SEE.” I knew right away she was taking about the 2030 Sustainable Development Act, by The United Nations with help from Bill & Melinda Gates foundation, George Soros and the Rockefeller Foundation (New Green Deal).

And the part that really chaps my ass is, it only took her one day of research to figure it out. One freakin day! Why does it make me angry? Because people choose not to look. Most Americans are oblivious to the big picture because we have been dumbed down on purpose to pay for our own enslavery. And I have been trying for 15 years to get you to read this far.

“I highly urge you to go on their site, sign up and look for yourself. It is called the New World Order. Or One World Government. One world, one government, no borders. The 1 government has complete control of all of us. Artificial intelligence, controlling our business, our food, our money. No privacy, no freedom.”

The evidence that Covid was a hoax was indexed on their website in 2015. The website also quotes media terms we are hearing now. “In 2018, World Economic Forum states: “The multi-stakeholder approach defines the core of the 2030 Agenda and Sustainable Development Goals: “we are all in this together.” (Wait a minute….sound familiar? Have we not heard this phrase being said over and over and over again since Covid started??” WE ARE ALL IN THIS TOGETHER??” This is not a co-incidence.)”

It goes deeper. Way deeper. “It is impossible that this was made this year, or even last year for that matter. IMPOSSIBLE. “Global Governance” & “The Fourth Industrial Revolution” has been planned out for DECADES … Covid is just the first step to initiate the plans. Covid is just a starting point to start the process of world domination. You can blatantly see that Covid has been created here to initiate change, to change our entire world as we know it. How we do everything.”

She has all of the links and proof on her blog. The fact that the real agenda and who is behind it is right there for everyone to see is perplexing. There are graphs on the UN website that shows Covid is the gateway for their plan to initiate a global economic reset and turn the world into a socialist world.

“…characterized by a fusion of technologies that is blurring the lines between the physical, digital, and biological spheres” …… “In its most pessimistic, dehumanized form, the Fourth Industrial Revolution may indeed have the potential to “robotize” humanity and thus to deprive us of our heart and soul. (this is directly from the website!)”

The move to depopulate and destroy our civilization that the Georgia Guidestones suggest, is happening right now. The murals in the Denver Colorado International Airport of apocalyptic prophecy of a New World Order through a virus is here. Planned 50 years ago by wealthy aristocrats who care not about human life but care only for themselves and their inbred families.

I encourage you to read her findings and start digging for yourself. If Trump and the Q movement is for us and are trying to eradicate this wicked plan, then that is our only hope. Militias and vets will not have the power to Take America Back. We can only hope that Trump has allies that are on the same page. This is it folks. The three products below are the most evil and scary things I have ever witnessed as a believer. The first product is a vaccine virus, that I cannot find the name of, but you can see it in the video link below, which “effect would turn a fanatical religious person into a normal person” Made for the Middle East wars by scientists.

The second part is a mark called the quantum dot tattoo. It uses a product called Lucifarase that produces a light emanating enzyme, when used with a smart phone, can view your ID and details of the vaccine injected.

And the third is a tracking chip, patent number WO|2020|060606, that can track cryptocurrency body activity data by mining the user verifying if the body activity data satisfies one or more conditions set by the cryptocurrency system, and award cryptocurrency to the user whose body activity data is verified.

Could the three combined be the end game for salvation? Is Satan going to use this injection to first, get you to deny God in your brain, second, track your activity as currency and if you have thoughts of God, can devalue your cryptocurrency? Hence lose your ability to buy or sell? These three things are real. If combined could seriously destroy freedom of religion as we know it.

Imagine a world where you will be forced to go to a FEMA re-education camp and by taking the mark of the beast, turn you into a crypto currency making atheist. Thus fulfilling prophecy that anyone who accepts it will not enter the kingdom of heaven. The technology is now here folks.

Washington, Oregon and California are all trying to keep their counties closed until a vaccine is ready. Trump, although not in on it that I believe, did say he would send the national guard when the vaccine is available to inject the willing. A majority of the American people want the COVID19 vaccine, and if this above is the price to pay for fear of a virus, almost all of our fellow loved ones will ultimately have denied God and the ones left will be fighting for salvation during the tribulation.

I have tried to find the connection all over the web and have not. You heard it here first. God help us.

“The 2009 flu pandemic was the second H1N1 pandemic the world had seen — the first being the 1918 Spanish flu, still the most deadly pandemic in history.”

“It’s estimated that the swine flu — a new type of flu that spread worldwide during 2009-2010, causing the first flu pandemic — caused more than 12,000 flu-related deaths in the U.S.”

The estimated deaths so far in America becomes strange. 89,420 total deaths with New York, New Jersey, Michigan and Massachusetts with the highest numbers.

New York has 22,749 deaths alone beating New Jersey’s 10,249. Now here’s where the high strangeness comes in. All of the other states report a few thousand or less.

If both those states reported the same average that other states would have, combined, the numbers would look identical to 2009’s swine flu. So why the high numbers in these two states alone?

“New York Sent Recovering Coronavirus Patients to Nursing Homes: ‘It Was a Fatal Error’”. According to the Wall Street Journal. How many seniors were infected? Could a fatal error such as this pump up the numbers dramatically from a few thousand per state to where they are now?

And that’s not all. Laura Ingraham on The Ingraham Angle, spoke to Sen. Scott Jensen, R-Minn stating Medicare would pay hospitals a COVID patient from $13,000 to $39,000 if a senior was on a ventilator compared to the regular $5,000 pneumonia patient.

Since hospitals are drowning in lost revenue from the outbreak, it would make sense for the board to probe and test every patient for a sign of the virus and prematurely diagnose for profit. That’s a stretch, but is it? Look at the numbers of furlough workers like nurses and surgeons whom are temporarily laid off.

Common sense, when brought to the table with just these two examples, can bring any thinker to question the real numbers. But political correctness and feelings have gotten in the way of wisdom. The leaders of our country have lost all trust from the American People because their professional scientists have fudged the numbers for whatever reason.

In example, Dr. Fauci and the WHO said the cases were mild back on March 1st thus no cause for alarm but by May 14, a whistleblower from Biomedical Advanced Research and Development Authority, whom was removed as director says, “US Faces Darkest Winter”.

But the state of Texas reports after opening up that cases are still dropping and the supposed curve has flattened. Researching each article on this topic has proved to me that not one person, organization or country can agree on the numbers of real COVID19 deaths.

Tanzania’s President felt the same way as I do about the large numbers, “The President John Magufuli, who holds a doctorate in chemistry, said the testers had randomly obtained several non-human samples on animals and fruits which included a sheep, a goat and a pawpaw and the results came out positive.”

Regardless if the current pandemic has been used politically or not, we find that our leaders are all dodging the truth and the media is spinning this story advertently to scare the public for whatever reason. And with their and our governors’ shaming and threatening the Americans that invoke their constitutional rights gives pause to the meaning behind this whole thing.

Freedom has always came at a price. Thomas Jefferson wrote, “The tree of liberty must be refreshed from time to time with the blood of patriots and tyrants. It is its natural manure.” Given all of the evidence we have witnessed from world leaders whom have lied and/or never complied to the virus, it’s obvious we have tyrants using feelings that seem to Trump our freedoms that need to be ousted.

This raises so many questions. Let’s say you are a single parent. You get hospitalized. DHS steps in and takes your child. What happens next? If you die then obviously the child is in the state’s care but what if you recover?

In Florida, a doctor fighting the pandemic lost her child to protective services because she was being exposed to the virus daily in a valiant effort to fight the pandemic. She eventually got her daughter back (for now) BUT she had to fight the courts! “The decision came four days after Miami-Dade Circuit Judge Bernard Shapiro, in a decision that outraged some members of the medical community, ruled that the child was at heightened risk of contracting the highly contagious virus because of her mother’s work.”

“The legal battle is not over, but the appellate court’s decision means the mother’s “time sharing will be temporarily restored effective immediately,” her lawyer, Steven Nullman, wrote in a statement … While we are beyond grateful for today’s ruling, we know that this matter is far from over. We will continue to work diligently for Dr. Greene, her daughter and all the other first responders and medical professionals,”

While overwhelmed, the DHS in Oregon has told me through a friend of a person inside that this is not what the DHS is up to. This matter really is for the child in case the parent dies from the virus and there is no one else to take care of them. The tracking would be to measure the impact of cases. Fair enough.

But, what can happen to an overwhelmed staff with high cases, and a power structure based politically on the crisis for any gain of power, could do to a poor family in a stand off with the state? We have read reports that hospitals get paid more for COVID cases. Is there a loophole where DHS would get funding for fostering COVID affected children? If there was, wouldn’t that make a mess for Oregonian families!

I had the distinct pleasure to meet Alison on one of the Facebook forums as she was sharing with us the problems they are having in District 14 of Oregon. Alison is extremely passionate, although very young at 26, she speaks with authority and intensity when it comes to issues. “Our homeless problem in District 14 is beyond anything I have ever seen. I mean, we’ve had homeless before but not like this. It’s as if we somehow legislated our laws to make poverty more extreme. And the inflation is extreme too. Rent around here for a modest apartment was $600 a month. Now it’s over $1,000.”

Alison Rhoads (R) is running for Oregon House of Representatives District 14. Members of the Oregon House of Representatives serve two-year terms and are not subject to term limits. She is running against current incumbent, Julie Fahey (D) who has served two terms, and Rich Cunningham (R). “I am a Christian, mother of three, lady of a log truck driver and an aspiring mechanic. I love Jeeps, and I love working on them. My family spends lots of time outdoors wheeling, riding dirt bikes, going to forest cleanups, camping, fishing, and having barbecues. Our daughters have been driving on trails, with assistance of course, since they were about four. We feel that growing up in the woods and participating in cleanups helps children learn to respect the forest and understand the importance of keeping them clean and responsibly managed.” 

I was intrigued by how down to Earth this woman was. She doesn’t hold back her roots and heritage. She loves getting her hands dirty and not the typical politician. She is not interested in legislating our way our of messes like forced vaccinations. She is more interested in fixing them by restoring Oregon’s constitution. “Their (Democratic Party) inherent need to control is incredibly evident in their relentless effort to force toxic vaccines and life threatening procedures on unwilling individuals and parents, and persistent kidnap of children from their parents. Their lies and coverups of the truth are astounding; their refusal to accept that Oregonians have the right to determine what is done to their own bodies and children makes it obvious that they do not respect human natural rights. They also do not respect the sanctity of life, as they push and push for the murder of unborn children at the taxpayers’ expense. My answer is NO.”

I asked Alison why she is running and how did she find herself against a long standing Democratic position. “I decided to run because I cannot sit idle whilst watching my district, state and country be torn to pieces by evil. I cannot let them stomp on the Constitution and burn our flag any more. I am ready for battle and I am prepared for victory … Oregon is currently a state that is hostile to rural way of life, even though it was built from the ground up by rural type industries such as logging. Farming, hunting and homesteading are natural enemies to politicians who aim to round up folks and drive them into submissive poverty, as they cannot do it to the people who are capable of being self reliant. That is why they consistently pass or try to pass laws and policies that make it harder on rural industries. They want folks to move to populated areas that oftentimes lack understanding of what makes the wheels turn in society. Food is grown, product is made and transported to grocery stores, but many city folk don’t seem to understand that financially harming the industries involved raises the prices of their goods, which in turn raises their own cost of living. Our government strives to drain every dollar possible from the people so they can advance their own agendas. Their agendas do not include economic growth, prosperity or success. Their agenda is simply to cripple the People into destitution and then control them. I will never let them win.” 

This 26 year old wife and mother of 3 is determined to take a stand. She holds our history of Democratic rule over the years responsible for the conditions of District 14 and what it is today. She has a plan and it’s not unreasonable.

“My plan includes reducing taxes and fees across the board, decreasing the overall size of government to lessen the burden on taxpayers, and making significant changes to urban growth boundaries and zoning laws so that more housing can be built to balance the ratio between housing supply and demand, and reestablish a competitive housing market. I plan on creating responsible budgets that allocate tax dollars where taxpayers intended them to go, eliminating wasteful spending and ending tax dollar slush funds. I would also make changes in how non-violent shelterless addicts are treated by the justice system, so that they are not jailed but serve their sentences in mandatory residential treatment and are evaluated for mental illness. I plan to make changes that would ensure that housing and care would be provided based on need for those folks who cannot do so for themselves such as disabled peoples. These people do not deserve to be cast out by society to live on the streets, if one can even call it living. They are human too and deserve to be treated with respect and allowed to retain their dignity. They need showers, healthcare, food and oftentimes counseling. I will see to it that if building facilities is needed, that it happens in a timely fashion without wasteful, unnecessary overspending of tax dollars. We cannot allow for this current homeless epidemic to continue. Crime, violence rates and overall public safety and morale have suffered greatly because of the failure of our government to take significant, purposeful action to solve the problems, as they prefer to use bandaids and give endless empty promises. That will end in House District 14 the day I enter the statehouse.” 

Alison Rhoads has an old and wise soul. I spoke with her for almost two hours last week as we discussed issues like Oregon China Council and how China has some type of grip on the west coast with their Co2 buyout plan and how they plan on taking more of our resources. We spoke about Governor Kate Brown and the Unconstitutional lockdown of Oregon which has completely ruined small business. The timber industry and how we’ve been selling lumber to China since the 60’s while they buy and sink logs into the ocean to resell them back to us.

 

 

 

This woman is smart. She’s a breath of fresh air for those living in Junction City, Fir Grove, Irving and other surrounding suburbs. She’s a country girl with outdoor skills that is overlooked by people of large cities. “I grew up in Sandy, Oregon, where my parents owned a home on the edge of Wildcat Valley, surrounded by wild BLM land where the coyotes, cougars, bobcats, raccoons and bears roamed. We raised chickens and I had a two dogs and two cats. My dad has been a gun stock maker for 32 years, and I sometimes helped him in the shop and went trap and skeet shooting with him. He taught me the value and necessity of the Second Amendment, to never let the Government infringe on our rights, and to be an independent thinker. My mom is an avid Bible thumper and she brings me insight from the good book itself to help me be the person that God intended me to be. She taught me that God is who I should rely on and who I should draw my strength from. His wisdom trumps all.”

“I also want to emphasize that taxation is theft. I believe the People should reserve the right to refuse to pay taxes when they disapprove of their government. After all, it’s “voluntary” right? As Thomas Jefferson once said, “When the People fear their government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the People, there is liberty”.

She’s hoping you are stupid and ignorant to buy her more time to harm Trump and the economy because critical thinkers know this plandemic was a political stunt at the cost of Trump and small business.

Jed continues, “Over the past week, I have studied the Oregon Constitution and some of the relevant statutes, and conferring with an attorney concerning my learnings via email. Friday evening, I had a lengthly conversation with the attorney, confirming what I’ve been suggesting. From my understanding, here’s how the law applies regarding the Oregon Governor’s Executive Orders and emergency powers.

The Oregon Constitution and statutory law give the governor broad powers under an emergency declaration. The Governor’s Executive Orders have not necessarily been unconstitutional concerning their intent and restrictions, especially considering precedence set by case law. But there’s more…

The Governor declared an emergency through Executive Order 20-03 (https://www.oregon.gov/gov/Documents/executive_orders/eo_20-03.pdf) on March 8, 2020, invoking her full emergency powers. The executive order states that the “emergency shall exist for sixty days” from that date. However, the Oregon Constitution Article 10-A Section 6 limits the length of time the Governor is allowed to have such broad emergency powers.

“Section 6. Termination of operation of this Article; extension by Legislative Assembly; transition provisions; limitation on power of Governor to invoke this Article.
(1) Except as provided in subsection(2) of this section, the provisions of sections 1 to 5 of this Article, once invoked, shall cease to be operative not later than 30 days following the date the Governor invoked the provisions of sections 1 to 5 of this Article, or on an earlier date recommended by the Governor and determined by the Legislative Assembly. The Governor may not recommend a date under this subsection unless the Governor finds and declares that the immediate response to the catastrophic disaster has ended.

(2) Prior to expiration of the 30-day limit established in subsection (1) of this section, the Legislative Assembly may extend the operation of sections 1 to 5 of this Article beyond the 30-day limit upon the approval of three-fifths of the members of each house who are able to attend a session described insubsection (3) of section 3 of this Article.” (https://sos.oregon.gov/blue-book/Documents/oregon-constitution.pdf)

I recommend reading all of Article 10-A for yourself, but to summarize the portion above, the Governor’s emergency powers are limited to a maximum of 30 days, unless the Legislative Assembly is convened prior to the expiration of that 30-day period and votes to extend those powers beyond 30 days. This is to protect the people from extended infringment of rights and limit the potential abuse of emergency powers. It requires these broad emergency powers to be temporary.

The 30-day clock started on March 8, 2020, with the declaration of emergency by Executive Order 20-03. All of the other Executive Orders concerning this emergency were under the authorization of emergency powers invoked by that first order. Therefore, these emergency powers, and all executive orders regarding this emergency, became null and void by April 7, 30 days from when she invoked the emergency powers, despite some of the orders having a stated effective period longer than 30 days. The Governor failed to convene the Legislative Assembly before April 7 to extend these powers beyond 30 days, rendering these orders unenforceable at this point. They most likely would not withstand judicial scrutiny.

This means our liberties are restored by the Oregon Constitution already as of April 7. We are free to gather for work, for education, for worship, to open our businesses, to peaceably assemble, and to petition our government for redress of grievances. While potentially bluffed in our ignorance, legally, under the Oregon Constitution, we cannot be cited or arrested for returning to our normal lives at this point. And if we are, we have legal grounds to challenge such action in court, and there are teams of attorneys aware of this and ready to defend against such action. Please note that I am not a legal expert and this should not be considered legal advice. I am sharing my best research and understanding based on my reading and discussion with an attorney. You assume the risk of any actions you take based on this information.

In conclusion, use precaution, and respect other’s rights and wishes to remain at home or in a protective environment, maintain physical distance, or keep their business closed. I know almost 25 people who have had, or likely had, this virus, and it is an ugly sickness. I don’t want to get it, and I don’t want anyone to get it. So I will be careful even though I believe the risk is drastically reduced now, and I will also avoid contact with higher risk people as much as possible. However, I will also resume some normalcy, gather in worship when our church opens, and do my part to help our economy recover. I hope to grow my business back and beyond the levels we were at prior to this virus. And I hope you will join me, respecting our fellow citizens, and proceeding with caution and responsible liberty as we return to work and some normalcy.”
