<p>Many have noticed since the beginning of the “plague”, that something just isn’t right, and many things are not making sense. While they’ve been busy, enjoying their illusion of freedom, our country is being reshaped in the image of the lefts, New World Order. </p>



<p>Our foundation was set on the principles set in our bible, and Ten Commandments, most know that, and then their are those who have actually said to me, “ I don’t think our founding fathers were thinking about the Bible, when they wrote our founding documents”&#8230; but they are, it’s specifically says so in our Declaration of Independence,</p>



<p>“We hold these truths to be self-evident, that all men are created equal, that they are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable <strong>Rights</strong>&#8230; &#8230; The signers of the Declaration of Independence deemed it a &#8220;self-evident truth&#8221; that all men &#8220;are endowed by their Creator with certain unalienable <strong>Rights</strong>&#8220;.</p>



<p>Let’s talk about our inalienable rights, life, liberty, and pursuit of happiness, and ask, do you feel free enough to pursue that which makes you happy? Or are you living in fear of your government and what they are capable of? If your answer is no to those questions, you understand, we are in a lot of trouble.</p>



<p>So you see, in order to enact their agenda for our country, they must first dismantle the foundation our country was built on, and that my friends, is what you are witnessing, their attempt to destroy everything our founding fathers once stood and fought for.</p>

<p>I was gone for 10 days in the remote woods gold panning in Sumpter, OR. It was beautiful, warm and peaceful except for the mosquitoes. I swear they made a message in brail on my legs that said, “Come back outside. We’re hungry.”</p>

<p>There is something about nature, a campfire and the sound of frogs at night that takes the stress of the world away. More importantly, the idea that one could live off the land and be self sufficient without a government seemed to be proper.</p>



<p>There’s a little town called Greenhorn about 30 miles away, claims to be the highest city in the US with the smallest of residence. Less than 30 people. While I was there scouting around for a place to pan, I decided to speak to some of the tribes.</p>



<p>With only telephone and no internet or electricity, the town was barely in the social media loop. Everyone there was intent on disconnecting from the chaos. The spirit of the town, which is booming with new occupancy, was that of homesteading, gardening and cutting firewood for the next winter.</p>



<p>There was no stress. No fear. No worries. And the land was clean. A sense of pride and commitment was shown as the locals drove around the mountain on quads picking up the garbage and firewood left by the memorial day campers. Not one soul frowned as you waved driving by. Truly, this was heaven on Earth.</p>



<p>As I got back to town from my yearly vacation, I was swarmed with news of fear, dread, chaos and uncertainty. News that riots broke out and gangs were destroying our heritage, monuments and freedoms. Echoes from the left were blaming the police state, while screams from the right were pointing fingers at paid operatives.</p>



<p>Tonight as I type this, I realized that the experience I had in Greenhorn could be the last. America is repeating history. It doesn’t matter anymore who did what and why. Germany was divided before World War II which helped them spawn a party called the Nazis whom promised peace, safety and unity.</p>



<p>Their country was broke so they cut the red tape of bureaucracy and started forming an infrastructure inside to create jobs and somehow bring them out of debt from the crown. It worked for a while as they built the largest freeway system (Autobahn), but was not enough for Hitler and his allies. </p>



<p>We know what happened next. 90 years and reparations later, they finally paid off their past debt. But to what cost? 62 billion to 101 billion of armament cost not including the lives of millions including the holocaust. What a travesty. And America is now cutting red tape, arming up and seems to be getting ready for war with China as we speak.</p>



<p>And where does that leave us now? History repeats itself and our country is fighting to stay alive. The American Dream is dead as we eat, drink and be merry during a questionable virus pandemic offering funny memes to friends of pictures and gifs of our favorite entertainment celebrities’ emotions.</p>



<p>A growing number of people are waking up to the fraud, trafficking and crimes against humanity, but it’s never enough. Our masters have brilliantly divided us against each other for their gain as they get ready to once again finance all parties of World War III. The sadness that I have, because I can’t reach the masses, is overwhelming and I can’t shake the feeling that we may be too late.</p>



<p>In Sumpter, we explored their ancient graveyard at night searching for signs of ghostly activity. As our team of ghost hunters walked passed grave after grave, I noticed many whom served in World War I and II. As I read their names and the day they died, I couldn’t help but wonder what their honorable sacrifice meant for the people of America today.</p>



<p>What does freedom mean to a divided country whom is about to lose it from enemies foreign and domestic? Years of infiltration has taken its course and we are definitely witnessing the massive decay of western civilization. If only our parents instilled the importance of the civil war and the great cost it played into our freedoms of today and for tomorrow instead of allowing the school system to do it for them?</p>



<p>Or maybe our parents and grandparents did but we were too distracted with Atari, Gameboy, Nintendo, Sega and all the other electronic games, we as Generation X, played instead of listening. Whoever or whatever is to blame, will not keep Greenhorn or Sumpter alive tomorrow. Our complete and utter ignorance to listen to all sides and believe what we hear and see has really brought us to this place of uncertainty.</p>



<p>It took a small percentage of American colonists to fight the British during the American Revolution and win. We could have a chance if we set aside our differences, stop listening to the race baiting and blaming each other for whoever voted for who. We could have a chance if we came together and fought against the real enemy.</p>



<p>Because the real enemy isn’t Americans. It’s the richest and wealthiest ‘fat pigs’ that control our money, resources, food and minds. They’ve had over 100 years to plan their takeover of America. They distracted us with gadgets, gizmos and movies (entertainment) while they sand paper down our freedoms.</p>



<p>I would like to continue my tradition of gold mining and ghost hunting. I would like America to stay. The only way I see it happening is if we reach out to our neighbors who disagree with us and find a common ground. Why not stop talking about politics and start taking about unity? Instead of addressing something as fact, why not address something as a thought or opinion?</p>



<p>Open your arms and embrace your neighbor. Tell them you care about them and our country. Tell them that we have a common enemy that is after to steal, kill and destroy our very freedoms our fathers have earned with blood. Get together without fear of ridicule and let your guard down. Stop feeling and start with action! Because you can’t tell your enemy not to kill you because it will hurt. Unity, wisdom, knowledge and defense is our only hope to survive the next wave of attacks.</p>

<p>For President &#8211; Kate Brown signed into law Oregon’s Electoral College votes be awarded to a presidential candidate who doesn’t get the most votes in Oregon. Her <a href="https://www.oregonlive.com/politics/2019/06/governor-signs-bill-to-change-the-way-oregon-helps-choose-the-president.html">bill</a> was signed into law June of 2019. It’s true.</p>

<p class="article__paragraph article__paragraph--left">According to Oregon Live, “Her signature on <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://gov.oregonlive.com/bill/2019/SB870/" target="_blank">Senate Bill 870</a> means Oregon is now the 15th state, along with the District of Columbia, that has joined the National Popular Vote compact.”</p>



<p>“We have a road to 270 that we think is possible so that this would be in place for the 2024 election,” he said. “There’s a way it could happen for 2020, but it’s unlikely.”</p>



<p>“Opponents said the compact is an underhanded way to circumvent the United States Constitution, which established the Electoral College. They also said it would increase the influence of large cities at the expense of rural areas.”</p>



<p>According to <a href="https://www.cnn.com/2019/06/12/politics/oregon-joins-national-popular-vote-compact/index.html">CNN</a>, “Oregon governor signs bill granting state&#8217;s electoral votes to national popular vote winner. Oregon Democratic Gov. Kate Brown signed a <a rel="noreferrer noopener" href="https://olis.leg.state.or.us/liz/2019R1/Measures/Overview/SB870" target="_blank">bill</a> Wednesday that would grant the state&#8217;s electoral college votes to the winner of the national popular vote, her office confirmed.”</p>



<p>This means if Trump wins the electoral vote in Oregon and Bidden wins the popular vote, the one with the most electoral college vote wins. And since there are more electoral college votes in big cities, it would cancel Trump out and Bidden gets all the votes. Trump would have to win both in order take the state.</p>



<p>Remember my last <a href="https://takeoregonback.com/2020/04/26/28-million-mail-in-ballots-went-missing-in-last-four-elections/">article</a> about why mail in voting is <a href="https://takeoregonback.com/2020/04/26/28-million-mail-in-ballots-went-missing-in-last-four-elections/">wrong</a>? Whoever counts the votes can alter the election. </p>



<p>According to The <a href="https://secure.sos.state.or.us/oard/viewSingleRule.action?ruleVrsnRsn=250773">Secretary of State</a> Hand Count of Ballots at General Election, “This rule is adopted to implement hand counts of ballots counted by the vote tally system in the county at every general election as required by ORS 254.529. The hand count must be compared to the tally of votes produced by a vote tally system for the same ballots. The number of ballots that must be hand counted is dependent on the margin of victory between the two candidates in the same race receiving the largest number of votes in the county, as determined by the unofficial tally of ballots. Depending on the margin of victory, which will be determined by the results posted to the Secretary of State’s electronic reporting system, ORESTAR, as of noon the day after the date of the general election, either 10%, 5% or 3% of all precincts or of ballots in ballot count batches will be hand counted.”</p>



<p>I digress to mention Hollywood has been pushing for Mail In Voting and the reason should bring up a major concern.</p>



<p>Ok, so who counts them in each county? I was able to find a list on page 15 <a href="https://multco.us/sites/default/files/elections/documents/voting_in_oregon_guide.pdf">here</a>. It shows a huge list of PO Boxes!</p>

<p>Not satisfied, I googled “list of contacts in oregon counties for mail in ballot voting” and found the entire list with some names and contact info. See below.</p>



<p>Each one of these counties are a target for mail in fraud. Since we can’t get Voter ID, we have to contact each one of these counties and demand that they have:</p>



<ul class="wp-block-list"><li>The names of each vote counter and their affiliation to the process</li><li>A non-biased staff counting the votes</li><li>A list of requirements that they use to count the votes that insures all votes are accounted for</li><li>A list of all names and votes that were counted </li><li>Security officers placed at each location monitoring the counting process</li><li>Location of storage of the votes</li><li>Complete transparency to allow legal representation peruse the votes afterwards</li></ul>



<p>I am sure there are a dozen more things we can ask these county clerks, but we need to put the pressure on them. Every county needs to be held accountable for voter fraud!</p>



<p>This is where you, the legal state citizen, can put pressure on each county clerk by mailing them, emailing them and calling them demanding the above questions be answered. </p>

<p>Join us Tuesday at 10:00 am in front of Glamour Salon at 195 Liberty St Salem, OR to stand up and support Lindsey and our rights. This is not about protesting or causing a scene. Lindsey is putting her entire livelihood on this decision to stand up for what&#8217;s right. The least we can do is stand up for her. She has given full permission to create this event. She needs our help!!</p>

<p>It&#8217;s supposed to be a beautiful day so grab some chairs, dress comfy and let&#8217;s make this happen!</p>



<p>If you do or you don&#8217;t know Lindsey and Scott Graham, you will now. Lindsey and Scott own multiple businesses through out the Willamette Valley. Due to Kate Brown&#8217;s shut down order like all other small businesses they have not been able to operate therefore, losing out on thousands of dollars. On Sunday May 3, Lindsey announced that she would be opening her salon back up regardless of the order. If our train wreck of a government can&#8217;t get it together by getting the unemployment disaster figured out, the small business grants organized, or any type of reasonable assistance granted then these small business have NO CHOICE. They have to get back to work. It has NOTHING to do with being an essential business. I don&#8217;t care if they sell silly string for a living, that&#8217;s not the point. It has to do the well being of her family, paying her bills, and taking care of responsibility like a responsible human should. This is hands down government over reach and we need to come together safely to support her. She is our voice right now. She has stood up and said what we&#8217;ve all been wanting to say for a while. Let&#8217;s hope this starts a trend and we can open back up and get on with our lives.</p>

<p>BREAKING: State Attorney’s Office 6th Circuit just DROPPED their case against my client Galen Wood—the first Floridian business owner to be arrested for opening a “non-essential” business. As of this week, we were told prosecution was going full speed ahead. But after INTENSE statewide and national criticism, the State Attorney’s Office has reversed course. They filed the “no information” today ending the criminal case. It’s now clear the State Attorney, the Pinellas Sheriff&#8217;s, and Pinellas County Government must know that there is NO valid legal authority for either the State or local emergency orders! And that Floridians have HAD IT with big government overreach and these unlawful lockdowns. We were proud to help Mr. Wood in his fight against unlawful government abuse. Thank you to Gordon G. <p>Now we will be moving forward with a civil lawsuit to challenge the ILLEGAL basis for the State and Local emergency orders and other abusive actions taken by government. I encourage others to also challenge every emergency order in court. #liberty</p>

<p>Even though we have <a href="https://takeoregonback.com/2020/04/28/browns-lockdown-is-over/">proved</a> Brown’s lockdown was unconstitutional, we must defy the orders of our so-called leaders and demand our rights back. If we don’t stand up, they win. </p>



<p>This is a new type of warfare. Between freedom or a State Police. For years our elected leaders have stripped our rights away in the name of “safety” while we stand by and do nothing.</p>



<p>We are weak if we stand by our constitution and uphold liberty by defying the draconian lockdown regardless of what political motivation is at play. </p>



<p>We have come to another point in history where we tell our children’s children what we did to gain our rights back. If we don’t, then our enemy will continue until we are slaves to the government.</p>
