Article 1, Section 10, Clause 3 of the United States Constitution states “No State shall, without the Consent of Congress, enter into any Agreement or Compact with another State.” Oregon’s Governor Kate Brown unconstitutionally entered Oregonians into the “Western States Pact” today to “help fight the Coronavirus”. The so-called “plan” outlines only an unconstitutional medical and economic interdependence with California (who recently declared themselves a “nation-state”) and Washington. The plan outlines 4 main “goals” that, of course, only the state can solve.

https://www.governor.wa.gov/news-media/washington-oregon-and-california-announce-western-states-pact

I’ll break down each goal individually for you all…

1: “Ensuring any successful lifting of interventions includes the development of a system for testing, tracking and isolating.”

“Testing, TRACKING AND ISOLATING.” The only way to implement such a “system” would violate the 4th amendment rights of many Oregonians. I’ve already seen the articles showing the deployment of “Pandemic Drones” that spot you out of a crowd if you cough or sneeze, check your temperature and use facial recognition technology to recognize you if you are red flagged by the state (https://abc7ny.com/coronavirus-drones-covid-19-pandemic-nj/6102905/). This is happening in America, folks!

Government systems from the neo-liberal perspective usually involve something “universal” or mandatory and usually serve as a trojan horse for more surveillance and control. These “Pandemic Drones” are exactly that, an excuse to condition the public that it’s normal to have the state recording you and taking your temperature in public. “It’s liberal, right?” the statists proclaim as their rights get stripped away for them. Mandating health care (vaccination, surgery like Kylee Dixon, temperature checks in public) is a violation of privacy, morally incorrect and an indication that the state has been given way too much power.

2: “Mitigating the non-direct COVID-19 health impacts, particularly on disadvantaged communities.”

Kate Brown is trying to turn this into a race and class issue, rather than addressing it as a health issue that affects everyone equally. Rather than unifying Oregonians under an all encompassing issue like human trafficking, which Kate Brown virtually ignores (despite Portland leading the USA in child sex trafficking), she is dividing us by race and class with the Coronavirus issue and proclaiming we have communities that are inherintly “disadvantaged” that need extra help with economic relief.

This is America, no matter what race, gender, sexual affiliation or religion you are, you can make it. You truly can do whatever you want to here. The assertion that opportunity cannot be manifested in ANY community is disingenuous to the strength of the individual and is simply wrong. Our system provides opportunity where there is need, which is only fair for the collective good of our country. Freedom maintains order, orders destroy freedom.

3: “Protecting vulnerable populations at risk for severe disease if infected. This includes a concerted effort to prevent and fight outbreaks in nursing homes and other long-term care facilities.”

The true objective of this goal is to isolate elderly people from their families in an attempt to control their health care. Without family members aware of their parent’s or grandparent’s health, old people on state health care are essentially property of the state.

4: “Ensuring an ability to care for those who may become sick with COVID-19 and other conditions. This will require adequate hospital surge capacity and supplies of personal protective equipment.”

This is an excuse for the Democrats to funnel more money to themselves through big pharma. Through this “increased demand” for state hospital staff and protective equipment, the state of Oregon will have an excuse to continue the everlasting tax increases and spend it on medicare, thus funneling money into the hands of big pharma, who subsequently donates exclusively to those who subsidize them (Oregon Democrats).

It’s time to fight my friends!

Oregon Democrats, under Kate Brown’s watchful eye, are looking to strip away our God given liberty away in exhange for medical and financial slavery. They are looking to turn the state of Oregon into their own neo-liberal utopia (only a utopia for politicians and big money). Where crony capitalism reigns over economic freedom and compliance is rewarded with our tax money.

Big pharma and giant companies like Amazon will get massive relief and cutouts (funneling the middle class’ wealth to corporate executives and transfering jobs from the genuine private sector to the publicly subsidized market), the state of Oregon will further extort us through increased taxation to fund the government’s “relief efforts” (or California or Washington’s relief efforts) and for the foreseeable future we the people will suffer financially and be forcibly stripped of our liberty.

Welcome to our “Brave New World” my brothers and sisters in liberty, unless something drastic happens soon, our country is going to fall apart by its seams. Liberty maintains order and national security, the deep state will have you believe liberty aides chaos and destruction. Violent crime goes up when guns are gone, health care worsens, becomes less available and medical tragedies increase when the state gets TOO involved in health care, domestic terrorism increases with unnecesarily increased NSA surveillance and government spying, homelessness worsens as the cost of living goes up when the government increases the size of the welfare state, the government is the only beneficiary of this supposed crisis and we the people need to demand TRUTH NOW!

Liars like Kate Brown need to be socially ousted and culturally regurgitated. These bullies look down on us, they see us as less them, after all THEY are the government and what are WE to them? Just the chickens in their coop.

Update from a subscriber: She also went against the US Constitution. Article 1 Section 10 clause 3. ” No state shall enter into any agreement or compact with another state or a foreign power.”
