Update 24th from a concerned citizen who posted in the group:

Dear Oregon Uniting for Liberty it says in 2017 ORS 285A.148¹

Oregon-China Sister State Committee that under (6) A majority of the members of the Oregon-China Sister State Committee constitutes a quorum for the transaction of business. https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/285A.148

Then you go to 2017 ORS 285A.152¹

Oregon-China Sister State Committee authority has the right to : (e) Take all actions necessary to coordinate and promote Oregon exports to China and Chinese investments within Oregon. AND Under (3) For purposes of this section, “province” means a province or a provincial level division as defined under the laws of the People’s Republic of China. [2007 c.246 §4; 2009 c.830 §19; 2013 c.222 §2]

Note: See note under 285A.148 (Oregon-China Sister State Committee). https://www.oregonlaws.org/ors/285A.152

So does this mean that the State Legislative Branch and the Governor can at any time they have a Quorum Sell Trade Oregon Sovereignty out the door to China and we the citizens of Oregon have No Say in the Transactions ?????
